HOW TO USE

Giving yourself a Gua Sha massage can sound complicated, but approaching your facial area in sections can simplify the process.

We recommend using your Gua Sha 2-3 times a week for about 5 minutes to reduce puffiness, lift the complexion, and prevent fine lines and wrinkles. Repeat each movement 3 to 5 times.

Neck – Gentle downward strokes to encourage lymphatic drainage and remove excess fluid.

Jawline, cheeks and chin – Firmly pull the stone from the centre of your face to the outside to lift the complexion and stimulate blood flow.

Eyes – Soft strokes under the eyes in a half-moon motion from the nose outwards will reduce dark circles and de-puff the area.

Forehead – Pull horizontal strokes from the front of the brow to the hairline, and then upwards from the centre of the forehead to lift the skin and release tension.
